HOW TO ORDER
Orders may be placed on our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using your MasterCard or Visa credit/debit card. We use PayPal, trusted by millions of shoppers every day, for your security. Shipping costs are figured for packages of 10 pounds or less. For larger items like large tents or ammo cans, we will contact you for any additional shipping cost.

*Shipping Rates above apply to packages of 10 lbs or less. Extra charges may apply for heavier or oversized packages. Additional charges may apply for 1 or 2 day air service due to the dimensions of the package. We will contact you for approval before any extra charges are assessed. If applicable, we will notify you prior to shipment. In determining your delivery requirements keep in mind that most orders are sent on the next business day after receiving the order. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. No shipments will be made or delivered on these days. Saturday delivery can be arranged for shipments on Friday if necessary for an additional charge of $10.00. If you have a specific delivery requirement drop us an e-mail after placing your order and we will do everything possible to meet your schedule.
ORDERS ARE SHIPPED PROMPTLY: Except for weekends and holidays, orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Mail order customers please list all of the items that you wish to purchase along with the size and color of the item(s) that you wish to purchase and your personal check, cashier's check, or money order with a day time phone number and or e-mail address to the address above. Please allow additional processing time for personal checks as they must clear your bank prior to our shipping your order. For fastest service, always pay via cashier's check or money order made out to "P&M Army Store".
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: P&M Army Sore does not accept international orders on our web store.
RETURNS: If you are dissatisfied with any item you have ordered, you may return the item(s), along with a copy of your invoice for a refund or an exchange within 15 days of original purchase (the return must be accompanied by a packing slip and be in unmarked, unused (unless the item purchased was used), and salable condition to receive full refund or credit). We will credit either the credit/debit card used for purchase, or send you a check, according to the method you used to pay for your order (original shipping and handling charge not included in refund). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was ours. Please be sure to get a tracking number from UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or any other shipper you choose to use as we are not responsible for lost packages. Mail your return goods to the above address and include the following information:

·Your Return Postal Address

We try to stock all items we advertise - unfortunately, sometimes we find that we are out of a specific item. If you have ordered an item that is "out of stock" we will notify you by email and let you know what your options are. (Prices and availability are subject to change.)
